How will I be able to track my shipment?

Once your order is processed, we will send you an email with a direct link to a very clear tracking page where you will find all the necessary and constantly updated information about your shipment.

Will the courier call me?

Yes, if you have chosen delivery by courier rather than to a drop-off point, the courier will call you before the parcel is delivered. The courier will then deliver your parcel to the address you have provided for delivery. Delivery takes place during normal business hours. The courier needs to pick up the phone, otherwise the delivery of the parcel is complicated and there is a risk that it will not be accepted and returned to us. Sometimes the courier will deposit the parcel at the nearest dispatch point of the carrier if they are unable to reach you.

What if the parcel or goods are damaged?

If the parcel is externally damaged, do not accept it and let us know that it has been damaged, please send us an email to info@giovani.ie. If you have received a parcel and after opening it you find that a product is damaged, please send us an email to info@giovani.ie and attach photos of the parcel or the damaged product to the email attachment. We will be sure to resolve the situation to your satisfaction and the damaged item will be replaced with an extra gift.

What if the shipment is delayed?

Check the shipment movement (tracking). You will find the tracking link in the shipment dispatch email, for example. And if the delay persists, please contact us by email at info@giovani.ie. We will check the situation and resolve it so that you have your shipment at home as soon as possible.
